Inspiring Strong Minds
& Kind Hearts
Mental health education for kids aged 8-12 across Australia
Why We Exist
1 in 4 Australian children experience symptoms of depression. And 1 in 6 report symptoms of anxiety.
Many don't have the tools - or the words - to ask for help.
At Inspire Foundation, we believe every child deserves the emotional skills to thrive. We deliver age-appropriate mental health education to help children understand emotions, manage anxiety, and build resilience - early and for life.

What We Do

Parent & Teacher Resources We equip adults with the language, tools, and confidence to support children's mental health in everyday moments. Community Outreach We focus on reaching kids in rural, regional, and low-income communities, where access to support is limited. |
