There is a Significant Gap in Australia for the Provision of Mental Health Education Targeted Specifically Toward Children Aged 8-12 years.
The Inspire Foundation is closing the gap.

Established in 2013

The Inspire Foundation was established as a registered Australian charity in 2013. Since then it has run hundreds of life changing programs for kids and parents across the country.

This matters now more than ever:
  • 1 in 4 children experience depression. And 1 in 6 experience anxiety.
  • Early signs of anxiety, depression and low self-worth appear as young as 8.
  • Only 50% of kids who need help get it - early intervention is key.
  • Most programs target teenagers or rely on reactive treatment, not prevention.
  • Post-COVID effects are still being felt: increased anxiety, social isolation, screen addiction, disrupted emotional development.

Our Mission

To empower every child aged 8-12 in Australia with the emotional tools, confidence and support they need to thrive mentally and emotionally.

We believe every child deserves access to mental health education - wherever they live, whoever they are.

Inspire Foundation delivers engaging age-appropriate programs that build strong minds, kind hearts, and resilient futures. Our engaging mental health programs positively impact kids, families and communities.
